The United Arts Showcase is our spring showcase featuring young artisits who have participated in classes in the Spring Term. Join us to celebrate the unifying force of the arts! A student gallery and performances showcase the students' creativity. Students from our classes in the schools and at our Music and Arts Studios participate and the event is open to the public for a small fee which supports our programming.

Junkin' for a Cause
Our annual junkin' sale is not to be missed! Find unique collectables and good deals! Hosted at our Music and Arts Studios we invite the community to come in and browse, find a good deal and tour our facility. All proceeds directly benefit the programming of Eastern Iowa Arts Academy. We are currently accepting donations - excluding clothing or outdated technology. If you have anything to donate to the cause, give us a call! Then come shop...

The Riley Smith Youth Music Festival
This all day event includes a Youth Music Festival featuring young rock bands, solo performers, singing groups and string ensembles from Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, Waterloo and surrounding communities. The day's events culminate with a performance by Riley Smith and the Life of Riley Band, featuring Alburnett, Iowa native, Riley Smith who stars as Markus Keene on ABC's hit TV drama "Nashville".
